Accessing Your Images and Reports

Oran Park Radiology makes it easy and secure for you to access your medical images and reports after your examination. We are committed to protecting your privacy while ensuring your information is available when you need it.

Following your appointment, our team will guide you on how to access our secure online patient portal. This system allows you to view and download your imaging and reports at your convenience, using most web browsers or mobile devices.

In most cases, images are available on the same day as your scan, with reports typically uploaded within 7–14 days, depending on the examination type.

Privacy Notice: Your personal information is securely collected for the purpose of registering your details and providing access to your patient portal. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data remains confidential in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our reception team will create your Patient Portal account. Once set up, you’ll receive an email with the activation link and code.

Use the activation email sent by our clinic. Visit the provided Patient Portal URL, enter your activation code, and set up a username and password to log in.

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and follow the steps to reset your password.

Your username will be included in the password recovery email sent to you.

Select “Forgot My Password” on the homepage. Follow the instructions to receive a temporary password, which you can use to log in and reset your password.

To delete your account, contact Oran Park Radiology directly.

For updates to your personal details, please contact our clinic.

Reports are located in the “My Exam History” section. Select an exam to view associated reports and images.

Currently, reports cannot be downloaded, but you can copy and paste the content or print directly from your browser.

Reports are typically available within 7 days after your exam. Contact us if your report is delayed.

Images are stored in the “My Exam History” section. Click on an exam to view thumbnails, which can be enlarged. You can also pan and zoom images.

Yes, images can be downloaded. Open the Image Viewer and click the “Download” button.

You can pan and zoom images, swipe through a series, and pinch to zoom on mobile devices.

Some email accounts with high security settings may block or filter the email containing your Patient Portal access link. If you don’t receive the email shortly, please check your spam or junk folder.

If the email still hasn’t come through, your activation code will be sent to you manually from a different email address.

Once you receive your activation code, please complete your registration by verifying your identity here:
