- Contacting patients to arrange imaging appointments
- Prioritising urgent referrals, with same-day or next-day appointments where possible
- Performing required imaging examinations
- Providing timely reports, including urgent reporting when needed
- Communicating directly with insurers to minimise administrative burden

Information for Patients
To help us arrange approval for your Workers’ Compensation scan, please have the following details available:
- A referral from your doctor
- Your Workers’ Compensation claim number (if available)
- Insurer details
- Date of injury
Once written approval has been received from the insurer, approved scans are generally performed with no out-of-pocket cost.
